Caffe Delish closes and announces move to new space; local fave to take its place
It was a sad day when we learnt that Port Coquitlam Caffe Delish would be closing the doors to its cafe and moving to a new spot in 2025, but the news stings just a little bit less now that we know who will be opening in its stead: Rocky Point Ice Cream.

What’s even more exciting is that the new spot will be offering gluten-free treats from Caffe Delish during December.
“This special collaboration is a way to honour their impact on the community while welcoming everyone to experience Rocky Point Ice Cream,” said Rocky Point.
Rocky Point Ice Cream will open from December 5 and operate as a pop-up in the space scoops, pints, cakes, milkshakes, specialty coffees, and baked goods from Café Delish until January 5, when it will close the store for renovations before reopening again. The planned grand re-opening is scheduled for late February or early March.

But don’t worry â fans of Caffe Delish will be happy to hear it won’t be moving far. It will open inside Delish Gluten Free Bakery, which is just three minutes away from its cafe space. Renovations to the bakery are expected to start soon, with coffee offerings scheduled to begin in 2025. The bakery will remain open during renovations.
