Bruno was located inside Versante Hotel, which is situated just beside the Richmond Night Market’s current site. The 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant seated 130 people and was best known for its assortment of dishes featuring B.C. ingredients.
The restaurant also shared that it hopes folks will continue to visit the team at its sister restaurant, Cask Whisky Vault, an intimate whisky lounge with Izakaya-inspired cuisine.
However, the hotel has since shared that a new restaurant will soon be opening called Ova.

Richmond’s next great dining destination is about to open its doors,” wrote the hotel. “Introducing Ova Restaurant & Bar @ovarichmond — where contemporary West Coast cuisine meets Italian inspiration, crafted with seasonal ingredients and served with our signature philosophy: Just Right.”
