Local football fans will have plenty of games to choose from during the World Cup from June 11 to July 19. In fact, it’s going to be the biggest sporting event of the season, so get ready to mark your calendar and make some plans.

Parallel 49 Viewing Party

Parallel 49
What: Parallel 49 is transforming its 250-seat patio and event space into an outdoor viewing area for all of the games this June and July. Invite your friends to join you in checking out the giant 14-foot high-def TV during the no-cover-charge event, complete with access to the full beer list, 40 taps, delicious food, and cocktail menu.
There will be a live DJ on all Fridays and Saturdays from when the last game ends until late to keep the good times and the party going. Get there early to get your spot at a table or on the bleachers.

From June 11 to July 19, catch live matches on the big screen at Norman MacKenzie Square, where fans can gather under a shaded tent with picnic seating to cheer on their favourite teams.

What: GRETA Vancouver invites you to join in the action with FIFA World Cup match-day viewing, pre-game celebrations, and post-game after parties. From June 11–July 19, GRETA YVR will stream the majority of matches with sound on, opening its doors 30 minutes before kickoff so fans can settle in before the action begins.
With multiple big screens, private and semi-private viewing areas, over 50 arcade games, and a match day-inspired food and drink menu, GRETA is the ultimate fan headquarters during the tournament.
Getting to and from the action is easy with Last Stop GRETA, a complimentary round-trip shuttle service between BC Place and GRETA aboard a HeyYa golf cart. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, fans can look for Last Stop Greta before and after matches to catch a free ride.
GRETA has also partnered with Red Bull Gaming Ground to bring even more competition to match days with a multi-week EA FC 25 tournament series with $500 on the line for the last player standing. Free to enter, PS5 only, and open to anyone 19+.

What: Game Days turns 1155 East 6th Ave. into Vancouver’s free, open-air home for the international soccer tournament. Catch matches on a big outdoor screen alongside live entertainment between games, food trucks, a beer garden, covered first-come, first-served seating, and a kids’ zone.

What: Yaletown is transforming into the city’s unofficial FIFA World Cup playground from June 11 to July 19.
Throughout the popular Vancouver neighbourhood, fans will discover open-air viewing spots, mini soccer fields and interactive installations, patio takeovers and culinary experiences, and photo ops and activities for all ages.
Head to Helmcken Plaza, Yaletown’s largest outdoor patio destination for FIFA, where Earls Yaletown and Yaletown Brewing Company are teaming up for experiences in the open-air setting. Enjoy the expansive outdoor seating, cold drinks, and match viewing on the patios with your friends.
