Greta Thunberg meets with Trudeau ahead of Climate Strike in Montreal (VIDEO)

Greta Thunberg spoke in Montreal this morning, ahead of today’s massive organized Climate Strike.

The 16-year-old Swedish student and climate activist has become a global force in the fight against climate change, and inspired the protest that 300,000 marchers are expected to attend in the city today.

The young Swede has been invited to Montreal city hall post-rally to receive the key to the city, and reportedly met with Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau, who is also expected to attend the rally this morning.

According to Greenpeace Canada, Thunberg told Trudeau the same message that she shares with all politicians: listen to and act on the science.

Greenpeace Canada shared a video to Facebook of Thunberg speaking to reporters ahead of the rally, which you can view below.
