Washington reports close to 500 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 1,945 after announcing 10 more deaths since Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 479 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.
This brings the state’s confirmed total to 75,856, with 309 current hospitalizations, 50 of which are intubated.
The United States’ total death toll now sits at 190,958.
