City of Vancouver issues sixth cannabis retail operator business licence

Muse Cannabis has received a cannabis retail business license from the City of Vancouver.

The licence awarded to Muse, located at 3039 Granville Street, is the sixth cannabis retail business license issued by the city.

Muse Cannabis store in Vancouver is a family-run business from BC-based owners, offering “the highest quality cannabis brands in a premium concierge experience,” according to their website.

The company also aims to improve lives and educate customers about the use of cannabis. They also have two other locations in BC, in Courtenay and Campbell River.

Hobo Recreational Cannabis, owned by the Donnelly Group was the latest Vancouver cannabis spot to receive their business license.

The following six locations are now licensed to operate a retail cannabis store in Vancouver:

Muse Cannabis Store – 3039 Granville Street
Evergreen Cannabis – 2868 West 4th Avenue
City Cannabis Co. – 610 Robson Street
City Cannabis Co. – 7289 Fraser Street
Hobo – 8425 Granville Street
Hobo – 4296 Main Street

To date, the City of Vancouver has received 37 applications for retail licenses. 26 applications have completed the public notification requirement and have been recommended to the province for approval.
