Vietnamese pop-up restaurant from a Guy Fieri-approved chef to reopen in Calgary
A popular Vietnamese pop-up with a Guy Fieri-approved chef is reopening in a brand-new location.
After a stint at Diner Deluxe’s Marda Loop outpost last year, Pure Saigonese Kitchen will be taking on the evening shift at Morning Brunch Co’s West Springs location.
Brought to life by Chef Lam Pham, the talented chef behind the ever-popular Pure Street Food at First Street Market, Pure Saigonese Kitchen is a go-to spot for delicious Vietnamese eats and a killer all-you-can-eat wing night.

According to the team, Pure Saigonese Kitchen 2.0 will be serving up some brand-new menu items as well as existing favourites. While it’s currently in its soft opening stage, Pure Saigonese Kitchen will be hosting its grand opening on Jan. 29.
Chef Pham’s culinary chops have been recognized by one of the biggest names in the foodie world, Guy Fieri. The Mayor of Flavourtown paid a visit to Pure Street Food and cooked with Pham on his TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, so you know it’s gonna be good.
