A brand-new spot specializing in wings and Vietnamese street food is gearing up to open in Calgary soon.

Pure Saigonese Kitchen, the new concept from the team behind Pure Modern Asian and Pure Street Food, is setting up shop in the city.

The new restaurant concept aims to bring Southern Vietnamese flavours with a modern twist to the Marda Loop neighbourhood.

The menu, carefully crafted by Chef Lam Pham, will include “bold, flavour-packed wings and Vietnamese street food favourites.”

We have high hopes for the new restaurant, as Chef Lam Pham’s culinary chops have been recognized by one of the biggest names in the foodie world, Guy Fieri. The Mayor of Flavourtown paid a visit to Pure Street Food and cooked with Pham on his TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

While an official opening date has yet to be announced, we can’t wait for this exciting new addition to the city’s culinary scene.
