Calgary dessert cafe with exotic ice cream flavours opens a new location

Just a few months after opening its first Inglewood location, a Calgary dessert cafe has opened its second location in the Beltline.
Mowgli’s has now expanded to open its second location, this time setting up shop at 503a 17th Ave. SW, right beside Pinbar, where diners will be able to get their hands on its extensive selection of desserts, freshly baked goods, and ice cream.
The spot is primarily known for that ice cream, which comes in dozens of unique flavours such as rose and pistachio, burnt marshmallow and honeycomb, jackfruit, and banana bread, to name a few.

It also offers pastries such as pistachio cream wheel croissants, cruffins, and vanilla fruit danishes, as well as cakes available whole or by the slice.
Whereas the Inglewood location serves brunch, Mowgli’s 17th Avenue outpost is a meatball lover’s dream, with six different varieties and twelve sauces, ranging from sweet to spicy, served with sides such as fries, spaghetti, or salad. It also has a selection of handhelds served on house-baked sourdough.
