Canada's 'first digital food hall' to open a Calgary location

While Calgarians have plenty of food halls at their disposal, offering dozens of different cuisines under one roof, the city is about to get a brand new concept.
Kitchen Hub, which touts itself as “Canada’s first digital food hall,” is set to open a new location in Calgary’s Beltine neighbourhood soon, allowing diners to order from multiple restaurants all on one order.
Founded by three dads. Kitchen Hub aims to create a solution to the age-old problem of trying to satisfy everyone’s preferences come meal time by allowing guests to mix and match dishes from multiple restaurants.
To ensure the experience is authentic, all food is prepared by each restaurant’s own chefs using their own ingredients and recipes.

Customers will be able to order through the Kitchen Hub website, in person or via third-party delivery apps and either get their meals delivered straight to their door or pick up in person.
Two restaurants have already been confirmed to launch in the Kitchen Hub space, Bro’kin Yolk Express and Nan’s Noodle House, when it opens, with additional restaurant partners set to join in the new year.
The concept has three locations in the Greater Toronto Area, and the new Calgary location will be the concept’s first foray into the rest of Canada.
While Kitchen Hub has not been able to confirm an official opening date, we’ve been told it’s coming soon, so watch this space.
