Theatre Under the Stars: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Legally Blonde The Musical

Outdoor performance/Theatre Under the Stars
What: Theatre Under the Stars’ 85th year at the Malkin Bowl will feature Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Legally Blonde The Musical. The shows will run on alternate evenings from June 27 to Aug. 16, and promise to be another great year of theatre in Stanley Park.

Surrey Pride Festival
What: Surrey Pride is celebrating its 26th anniversary at Civic Plaza in front of Surrey City Hall this year. The event will feature entertainment including drag and cultural performances, live musicians, and more. Attendees can also shop at the vendor booths.

Big Splash Water Park
What: Big Splash Water Slide Park in Tsawwassen is reopening for the summer season on Saturday, June 28. The seven-acre resort-style park features 13 body and tube slides, a kids’ zone, hot tubs, and more to help you beat the heat.
Big Splash’s highlight is the Boomerango, an exhilarating tube slide with a six-story drop. According to the park, it’s the only one of its kind in Western Canada.

Mikey’s Run

Mikey’s Run
What: Mikey’s Run, on Sunday, June 29, is a fundraiser for HeadsUpGuys, a free online mental health support platform. Registration is open now, and participants will receive several great perks.
The event is also in honour of a great friend and a passionate runner who poured his energy into everything he did.

Parallel 49 Brewing and Vancouver Folk Fest

Vancouver Canadians vs Tri-City Dust Devils

When: The Richmond Night Market is officially open for its 2025 season. This highly anticipated event is the largest night market in North America.

Small Shop Market – Summer Markets
What: Small Shop Market hosts summer markets at Fort Langley Community Hall to help you get ready for the new season. Surrey’s Heritage Rail

What: Take a trip back through time by riding Surrey’s Heritage Interurban rail car.
Heritage Rail Adventure trips take place on Saturdays and feature a tour of the Cloverdale railway station, a trip on the B.C. Electric Intraurban Railcar, and more. Sullivan Excursions happen on Sundays and feature a 55-minute sightseeing ride to Sullivan Park and back.

Playland 2025
