Vancouver forecast calling for rain right through the weekend

After an exceptionally sunny and warm week in the city, it looks like the rain that Vancouver has become accustomed to around this time of year is set to return – just in time for the weekend.

And while there are still spots of sun in the forecast for today and tomorrow, that will be offset with showers, before the weather shifts to full-on rain by Sunday, according to Environment Canada.

The wet weather follows a week in which heat records for this time of year were broken in 15 regions across the province.
