Vancouver forecast: Today is our only day of sun this week

If you weren’t intending to go outside today, you may want to rethink your plans, as it seems the sunshine seen in Vancouver will be rather short-lived.

Yes, according to Environment Canada’s forecast, we are in for one whole day of sunshine, before the rain that we’re so accustomed to this time of year returns tomorrow, and stays with us right through until the weekend.

In fact, we might not even make it a full 24 hours without rain, as a chance of showers is in the forecast tonight.

While the outlook is less than encouraging, we can take comfort in the fact that temperatures over the next few days will be consistent at least – hovering in the mid to low single digits.

So break out the sunglasses today, but don’t lose track of your umbrella. It’s still “winter,” here, after all.
