A driver was caught speeding in Vancouver twice in 13 minutes Thursday morning, and a police sergeant is calling them out on Twitter.
Sgt. Mark Christensen with the Vancouver Police Department shared a photo of the two speeding citations Sunday morning. They show the Honda driver was stopped by one officer on Knight Street at 7:02 am, and by a second officer on Kingsway at 7:15 am.
“Please slow down and arrive safely,” Christensen said.
The driver was issued two tickets totalling $392, and given six demerit points.
Ladies and Gentlemen, just because you received a speeding ticket at 1 location, doesn’t mean you can’t get a 2nd one 13 mins later at another location! $396.00 and 6 points!
