Real estate agent tries to entice homebuyers with pizza

Buying property in Vancouver’s extremely costly real estate market can take some convincing and one local realtor thinks he’s found the perfect promotion to get clients to seal the deal.

Charles Tseng advertises his real estate listings with a sign that says “Free Pizza with Purchase of this Home!”

A picture of one of Tseng’s pizza promotions was posted on Reddit and Daily Hive reached out to the realtor to find out more about his delicious deal.

“I added the ‘free pizza for the purchase of this home’ this year as [part] of my marketing,” said Tseng via email. “It is a bit funny but a lot of people do take photos of my signs.”

Tseng says he keeps his promise and those who do purchase a home definitely get a free pie.

“I do keep my words for FREE PIZZA to the buyers!” he told Daily Hive.

So if you’re hesitant about spending well over $1 million on that home in Vancouver, remember there could be a free pizza in it for you.

Now that’s a deal.
