You can join in on the fun of the Vancouver Opera Festival as it kicks off with a party.
Party on the Plaza is a FREE event on Sunday, April 28 from 10 am to 5 pm, which is part of the Vancouver Opera Festival weeklong celebration.
The party is a full day of performances, music, tours, and festivities for all ages.
For the kids, there’s tons of activities and performances including face painting, musical costumes and of course, the Roaming Diva on stilts.
And adults, while your kids are having fun you can check out the Patio Bar, which opens at noon with live pop-up performances all afternoon.
Like most Vancouver events, the Party on the Plaza will take place rain or shine.
There will also be performances throughout the entire day at the Vancouver Opera Festival Community Stage. You can catch performances by the Langley Ukulele Ensemble, the Karen Flamenco Dance Company and M’Girl Story & Song.
