Summer is coming, and that means BBQ season is upon us, Vancouver.
It’s exciting to know that the highly-anticipated Big Day Barbeque Series kicks off on April 28, bringing attendees a delicious array of meats like brisket, pulled pork shoulder, house-made sausage, and all the trappings.

Four much-loved local chefs and foodies will be at the helm of the menu for these events, including Rhys Amber (formerly Campagnolo Roma and Bistro Wagon Rouge) Colin Staus (formerly Campagnolo and Monarch Burger), David Bowkett (Powell Brewery), and Doug Stephen (Downlow Chicken Shack).
The event kick-off happens to be running on the same date as East Van’s Hop Circuit. It will be set up at Powell Brewery located at 1357 Powell Street in Vancouver.
