Traffic police officers in Vancouver got more than they bargained for after pulling over a limo for making an “illegal” turn in the city’s downtown this week.
According to VPD Sgt. Mark Christen, once the limo had been stopped, police discovered nine minors inside with no chaperone, and “no access to seat belts.”
Police also discovered the vehicle’s emergency break was “inadequate” and that no pre-trip inspection had been conducted.
