Guests are invited for a special, one-night-only event celebrating the father of modern French cuisine and legendary chef Auguste Escoffier, who shaped the way professional kitchen brigades still cook today. The experience is guided by Chef-instructors alongside PICAChef students who will bring Excoffier’s classic repertoire to life, featuring dishes like ComtĂ© Gougères, ConsommĂ© CĂ©lestine, Filet de Boeuf Ă la Rossini, and the iconic PĂŞcha Melba.

Feast and Friends is returning for its fifth volume. This time, chef Tyler Hoang of DD Mau will be joined by chef Takeshi Hasegawa of OKU Izakaya and bartender Satoshi Yonemori of Shuhari Cocktail and June. During the event, you’ll enjoy a multi-course menu that fuses the culinary traditions of Vietnam and Japan. Think fresh Vietnamese herbs meet fresh Japanese seafood, Azuki bean meets pandan, and more.

Wildlight Kitchen and Bar
For two evenings this summer, Wildlight Kitchen and Bar is bringing back its beloved wine and burger series, where it will highlight near-impossible-to-find wines alongside the restaurant’s burgers. The event kicks off with a rare tasting of Montes Purple Angel on June 11, followed by a Champagne-only evening on July 9.
At the events, guests will be guided through five half-glass (2.5 oz) pours by Wildlight’s own wine director, Mike Cookie, alongside a representative from the featured wineries.

Kanteen Sundays — Alai Coffee x Kavita Restaurant Brunch Pop-up

Following its inclusion in the top restaurants in Canada by Canada’s 100 Best, Kavita is hosting a special brunch pop-up in collaboration with Alai Coffee.
Called Kanteen Sundays, this four-part pop-up brunch series is born from a love of old Mumbai, drawing inspiration from Irani cafés, street fruit vendors, Bombay soda culture, and what Alai shared were the “kind of mornings that make you stay longer than you planned.”
As part of this special brunch pop-up, Alai Coffee has created a special Indian coffee menu alongside canteen-style light brunch offerings courtesy of Kavita. Think drinks like a Salted Butter Cream Cold Brew and Raspberry Espresso Tonic alongside bites like Bun Maska and Masala Eggs on Toast.

Rooftop Barbeque and Buffet

Sula is hosting a special Rooftop Barbeque and Buffet for Father’s Day at the Penthouse Event and Business Suite. Here, guests are invited to experience an afternoon of grilling, Indian buffet, street food stations, and more.
Expect dishes like appetizer curries, fragrant rice, fresh-baked naan, live-grilled mains (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options), and a dessert station. There are also VIP Gazebos with champagne available, too.

Niwa Farm Dinner at Athiana Acres
