Free Outdoor Movies in Stanley Park – Finding Nemo

What: One of the most popular summertime events in the city is back as free outdoor movies return to Stanley Park this summer. The Evo Summer Cinema Series on August 6 features Finding Nemo on a four-story inflatable movie screen. Be there before dusk and take part in the many fun pre-show activities, including games, prizes, and giveaways, as well as the weekly offering of food truck fare and classic movie treats.

Please bring your own blankets and/or lawn chairs and, since it’s a family-friendly event, smoking or alcohol is not permitted. Moviegoers are encouraged to walk, take transit, or bike to Stanley Park for the shows  – there will be a bike valet service offered on site each night too.

Super Snag x VMF 

What: The 4th annual Snag x VMF event features a live mural battle, plus 10 artists painting live. Attendees will have an opportunity to affordably own or win original art.

Ensemble Theatre Company’s 7th Annual Repertory Festival

What: ETC’s 7th Annual Repertory Festival features three productions at Jericho Arts Centre: The Drawer Boy by Michael Healey, Superior Donuts by Tracy Letts, and Born Yesterday by Garson Kanin. A mix of comedy and drama for all theatre goers.
