The VMF will take place at the 14 West 7 Avenue, in the alley dubbed  ‘7-½ Lane’, because of its location between West 7th and West 8th Avenue.

The VMF festival will culminate into its most highly anticipate event, the Mount Pleasant Street Party on Saturday, August 10 from 12 to 7 pm.

The part spans over 14 blocks in and around Main Street and Broadway, and will see Mount Pleasant’s streets and laneways transformed into dynamic living art spaces with free attractions to bring the community together, including live music, four beer gardens, skate jam, Family Zone, two markets, street dance battles, DJs, and much more.

Here’s a full list of the VMF’s 10 day schedule:

VMF 2019 Gallery

Vancouver Mural Festival celebrates its fourth year with an art exhibition featuring 90+ original works from VMF alumni and other powerful talents from the Lower Mainland.

The collection of artists represent not only the legacy of VMF since its inception but also those who share the same artistic and cultural values. The spectrum of artists is, as always, culturally and stylistically diverse.

VMF proudly celebrates diversification, giving those marginalized a platform, a canvas, a place to be seen.

This ideology is at the centre of our ethos, and Year 4 will be an extension of this – a podium for equal representation and celebration of art. Each original piece of art will be 12”x12” and available for purchase.
