What: Granville Flea, Vancouver’s streetwear and vintage flea market, is hosting its second-ever event. The indoor market is dubbed as the first centralized flea market, catering towards streetwear and vintage clothing. In addition to apparel, visitors are able to find sneakers, toys, memorabilia, and other luxury goods.

Improvised Firefly

What: Instant Theater presents the adventures of a rag-tag crew, inspired by the cult TV show, Firefly. Based off a single audience suggestion, the crew will head out in search of their next big score, while avoiding fellow criminals and the government alike, all so they can live to fight another day and hold onto their most precious possession of all: their freedom.

Canada Day Block Party

What: The Canada Day Block Party in the parking lot of Red Truck Brewery features a long lineup of musical artists, drag performers, and dancers. There’s going to be a beer garden serving up nude, cider, ale, and a ton more — all for the flat rate of $5 each. Dinner by Bayan & Curb Your Appetite and Red Beer Truck will be serving up delicious eats. Other things you can look forward to including a curated smoking area with couches and tables for those of you who plan on blazing it up, three hot tubs complete with a lifeguard, beer pong, blowup Twister, axe-throwing, and so much more.
