Huge workout party 'Babes + Beats' returning to North Vancouver

The ultimate summer fitness party is coming to the sunny shores of North Vancouver.

Babes + Beats on the Shore is back for its second year to pamper you with healthy refreshers, a chic fitness boutique, and booty-popping beats on Cates Deck at Lonsdale Quay on Saturday, July 13 from 12 to 4 pm.

This event connected over 100 women last year to celebrate the wellness of mind, body, and soul with live beats and afternoon fun.

Hang with the girls and treat yourself with mocktails from RISE Kombucha, vitamin B12 shots from Fig Facial, refreshments from Flow Water, Its to Die For, and Woash Wellness, and rejuvenate with Saje as you get your sweat on overlooking the gorgeous views of Downtown Vancouver.

Tickets are $79 each and a portion of the sales is donated to BC Women’s Health Foundation and Health Centre Foundation.

There will also be a raffle, by-donation coat-check, and select transportation to the event to help raise funds in support of their cause.
