10 Vancouver concerts we can't wait to check out in February
February is almost here, and it’s time to sing along with all your favourites!
Here are 10 great concerts happening in Vancouver next month, including the Big Bang Festival and Tyler, the Creator.

The Invictus Games

What: The entertainment for Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 features a star-studded lineup of musical acts. Katy Perry, Noah Kahan, and Nelly Furtado headline the highly anticipated opening ceremony at BC Place on Saturday, February 8.
The closing ceremonies of the Invictus Games will also bring together some huge stars, including Jelly Roll, Barenaked Ladies, and The War and Treaty.

Big Bang Festival
What: Music on Main, Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre, and Zonzo Compagnie are teaming up for the inaugural Big Bang Festival, a day of musical adventure for children ages 5 and up.
The immersive festival will be a journey through music and sound art, with mini-concerts, interactive activities, and surprise performances throughout the day. The festival will feature performances by Belgian singer Naomi Beeldens, Vancouver musicians Dailin Hsieh and Saina Khaledi, and more.

Songs of Freedom
What: Songs of Freedom is a celebration of Black music and culture at Christ Church Cathedral. The 13th annual concert in honour of Black History Month features performances by Candus Churchill, Krystle Dos Santos, Dawn Pemberton, Star Trickey, Minnijean Brown-Trickey, and the Marcus Mosely Ensemble. Diane Lines and Tim Porter will also be providing accompaniment.

Tyler, the Creator
What: Two-time Grammy winner Tyler, the Creator is coming to Rogers Arena with his Chromakopia: The World Tour with special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas.

Candlelight: A Tribute to Taylor Swift

What: Calling all Swifties! A candlelight Taylor Swift tribute concert is coming to Vancouver in February, and it’s sure to make all your “Wildest Dreams” come true.
With a dozen of Taylor Swift’s biggest hits being performed by the Listeso String Quartet, you’re sure to hear your favourites at Kerrisdale Presbyterian Church.

Translinear Light: The Music of Alice Coltrane
What: The Chan Centre presents a concert showcasing the work of trailblazing jazz musician Alice Coltrane, led by her son, Grammy-nominated saxophonist Ravi Coltrane.
The ensemble for Translinear Light also includes Grammy-nominated harpist Brandee Younger, pianist Courtney Brian organist David Virelles, bassist Bob Hurst, and percussionist Jeff Tain Watts.

Miserable Faith
What: Lead singer Gao Hu, guitarist Song Jie, bassist Zhang Jing, and drummer Chi Gongwei form Miserable Faith, one of China’s top rock bands since 1999. The award-winning group has toured the world sharing their music and will be coming to the Vogue Theatre on February 23.

What: The world may be wide enough, but is the dance floor big enough?
You can find out as you dance to Hamilton hits as well as songs from other smash musicals when Broadway Rave comes to Vancouver. The musical theatre dance party is taking over Hollywood Theatre in Kitsilano on Saturday, February 8.
