Chocolate Arts has closed its doors after nearly three decades of business

Apr 28 2020, 8:16 pm

Back in November, Vancouver sweet spot Chocolate Arts announced it would be closing its 1620 W 3rd Avenue location after 27-or-so years of business.

That Kitsilano shop has now permanently closed its doors. Its last day of business was on April 25, 2020.

Unlike the recent closures of Storm Crow TavernFederico’s Supper Club, and Cabrito Tapas, Chocolate Arts’ closure was not due to the challenging conditions amid the pandemic.

Chocolate Arts’ owner posted a big message of gratitude thanking patrons, employees, and family members for making the handcrafted quality chocolate shop a success over its nearly three decades of operation.
