Vancouver's Cabrito Tapas announces it's closing permanently on April 5

One of Vancouver’s local gems for Spanish tapas has announced it will be closing its doors this week.

Cabrito Tapas, located at 2270 Commercial Drive, confirmed it will be shuttering on April 5.

The eatery will remain open over the next few days and it will be offering local and imported products for purchase via Cabrito Provisions, the restaurant’s deli shop. ⠀

Folks and expect wine, beer, cider, cheese, charcuterie, and pantry staples like vinegar, olive oil, eggs, coffee, and more.

You can find Cabrito Provisions open on April 2 to 4 from 1 to 8 pm and April 5 from 10 am to 3 pm. Head here to find out how to preorder.

Owners thanked patrons for the past five years of support and good times, concluding that “Times are different now and it is time to turn the page.”
