The Waffle Co. to open first North American location in Surrey
Big news, Metro Vancouver: a new dessert joint, The Waffle Co., is opening its first-ever North American location, and it’s right here in Surrey.
The chain is best known for its variety of sweet waffles, such as its TWC Special Waffle, which is topped with homemade Nutella, crushed brownie, white chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
The Waffle Co. also serves mini pancakes in different sweet varieties, as well as french fries, “thick” shakes, and waffle cakes.

According to its website, it has 100+ stores spread across different cities. The chain also said it is hoping to expand further.
Located at 7327 137th Street in Surrey, a grand opening date for this waffle spot has yet to be announced. Dished reached out for more details, so be sure to check back here for more info soon.
