The Sequel: new Vancouver restaurant to open at start of 2025
The same team behind the much-loved Richmond spot, The Story Cafe, is opening a new concept in Vancouver called The Sequel.
Located at 1575 W Georgia Street, not much is known about the new spot.
The restaurant has shared on Instagram an opening date of December 2024. However, its website currently has a countdown set to finish on January 1, 2025. The website also says the restaurant will be open daily from 8 am to late.

A soft open menu can also be found online featuring bites like pasta, pizza, and burgers (we’ve got our eyes on its Signature Mushroom Burger), alongside brunch options like lobster scrambled crepes, duck confit hash, and chicken french toast, to name just a few.

The Sequel is opening in the same location as Nox, which quietly closed its doors in 2023.
