'The District Brasserie' has closed its doors in North Vancouver

Popular North Vancouver spot The District Brasserie has quietly closed its doors.

The 13 Lonsdale Avenue Belgian/European inspired joint was known for its 30+ beers on tap, great brunch, and an awesome outdoor patio before it shuttered on June 25.

The restaurant changed ownership back in May 2018, and the new owners shared a brief statement regarding the closure.

Owners said that The District team would be looking at opening at a new location in Lower Lonsdale before Christmas 2019.
