Egg & Co is taking over the former space of the now-shuttered Latin-inspired spot Escobar at 4245 Fraser Street.
The anticipated opening date for this new destination for mid-morning eats in around July 20.

Patrons can expect a selection of traditional brunch fare, along with some unique offerings such as brunch spaghetti carbonara, a lobster benny, and brunch risotto.
In terms of beverages, Egg & Co’s menu will offer lychee and guava mimosas, peach bellinis, Caesars, and mango mojitos to name a few.

This spot will even be preserving its own strawberries, peaches, and cherries, while also sourcing eggs, meat, and seafood from local suppliers.
