New $3.7 million Kabaddi stadium is coming to Surrey

A new 3,000-seat stadium is coming to Surrey, for a sport that may surprise you.

The exact location is yet to be determined, but a $3.7 million facility has been approved in the budget, a City of Surrey spokesperson told Daily Hive.

The stadium will be open-air with covered seats and a grass field for the sport of Kabaddi.
