Street Auntie is officially open in downtown Vancouver

Street Auntie Aperitivo House, a new contemporary Chinese street food concept, is now open in the Granville Entertainment District.

The 1039 Granville Street eatery will be welcoming its first guests into its upscale setting today.

Owner Yuyina Zhang drew inspiration for the new downtown spot from her childhood experiences growing up in Yunnan Province, China, where street food vendors are referred to as ‘Street Aunties.’

Street Auntie will be open Wednesdays through Mondays for lunch and dinner, and there will be a brunch service offered on Sundays.
