Metro Vancouver's ultimate rib festival is returning for a BBQ-filled weekend

We hope you’re hungry, Metro Vancouver, because Ribfest is returning to Port Moody once again.

The Port Moody Ribfest 2025 is a three-day celebration of all things ribs, and it’s happening from July 18 to 20. Be prepared for plenty of food vendors, live music, and family-friendly activities.

This year, seven different rib vendors will be serving up their best pork ribs. And while ribs may be the highlight of the event, there will also be other food vendors serving up a variety of meat and vegetarian options. Think tacos, corn on the cob, ice cream, and more.

Additionally, the whole park was licensed, which meant you could enjoy a cold beer alongside your plate of food anywhere in the park.

Seating at the event is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but you’re welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets to set up a picnic on the grass.

Admission to Ribfest 2025 is by donation. However, this year features a VIP Lounge, which will let guests savour all-you-can-eat ribs from Rusty’s BBQ alongside sides and craft beers from Port Moody Brewers Row in addition to wine and cider. Tickets start at $84 for adults and $42 for kids.
