Published on Main has officially opened its doors in Vancouver

Highly anticipated new restaurant Published on Main has officially opened its doors in Vancouver.

Located at the corner of Main Street and 2oth Avenue, the eatery has been teasing its followers with stunning plates on its social media accounts, and now folks can devour them for themselves.

At the helm of the kitchen here is Executive Chef Gus Stiefenhoffe-Brandson, who’s serving up a simple yet drool-worthy menu of eats including snacks like ducks wings and mushroom pate, along with larger offerings like prawn toast, pork collar, and lamb neck to name a few.

In addition to a hearty menu of seasonal grub, Published on Main has a sweet dessert selection.

The restaurant also boasts an awesome wine and cocktail program, although as of December 20 the staff weren’t able to serve alcohol just yet due to licensing delays — we’re crossing our fingers that changes soon.

This week, Published on Main is open for dinner service for walk-ins only until December 21.

Once it’s out of its soft hours, this spot will be open from Tuesday to Thursday from 4 to 11 pm and Friday to Saturday from 4 pm to midnight.
