A power outlet sticker prankster is on the loose at Vancouver Airport

Travellers beware, there is a serious prankster on the loose at Vancouver International Airport.

On Tuesday, YVR tweeted a picture of an electrical outlet at the airport. It seems normal but when you look closer, you can see it’s actually a sticker.

“Whoever did this – you are evil,” wrote YVR on Twitter.

We have probably all felt the struggle of desperately trying to find an outlet to charge our phone or laptop in an airport. So seeing one and discovering it’s a sticker is heartbreaking.

It turns out that YVR isn’t the only airport that has been hit by the sticker bandit.

The Orlando Airport replied to YVR, saying it too had been a victim of the same prank.

And it looks like the airports are ready to team up and take action against the cruel person (or team of people) behind this evil joke.

“After speaking with #AirportTwitter colleagues, it appears the #OutletBandit is on the loose at airports across North America. Anyone with information please DM. We are on the lookout,” tweeted YVR.

You’ve been warned, Outlet Bandit, YVR won’t rest until your senseless sticker pranks come to an end.
