Board games are fun, but you know what’s more fun? Giant board games.

On Saturday, April 13, come down to Play Vancouver at the Vancouver Art Gallery’s North Plaza for a jam-packed day of free fun, games, and dancing from 11 am to 7 pm.

Play Vancouver is an all-ages event, free to the general public and will include games like:

Six Oh Fore! Mini Golf
Ping Pong with frida&frank
Hexapong
Giant Jenga
Giant Scrabble and more!

The event is also expected to feature a giant 9-hole mini golf course that is going to spell out the word Vancouver, and a special Hula Hoop zone by the DSU Hoop Club to get your hips shaking.

Play Vancouver is funded by the City of Vancouver through the Viva Vancouver program. The program is dedicated to testing new ideas in underused spaces and pilots new projects that encourage people to connect with each other in public spaces.
