Much-loved Vancouver pizzeria to close after 13 years of operation

It’s been a rough year for the restaurant industry in Vancouver, with many long-standing spots closing their doors. Now, we unfortunately have another closure on our hands: Pizzeria Farina.
“After 13 incredible years on Main Street, the time has come to say goodbye,” shared the restaurant online.

Located at 915 Main St., Vancouver, Farina is best known for its thin crust Neapolitan-style pizza with fresh toppings.
“From the very first pie to the last slice shared at the communal table, weâve felt nothing but love from this community. To everyone who lined up, brought a friend, or made us part of their routine â thank you. You made Farina what it is,” added the pizza restaurant.
Pizzeria Farina’s last day of service will be May 31, 2025.

However, fans of the pizza shop will still be able to grab a pie from its sister concept Farina a Legna in North Vancouver, which the pizza restaurant assured was still going strong and serving the same recipes, just from a wood-fired oven.
“As for whatâs next⌠weâre not quite sure. But we like to think this isnât the end of the story â just the end of this chapter,” concluded the restaurant.
