Metro Vancouver just got a new authentic Vietnamese restaurant known for its beef noodle soup
A new Vietnamese restaurant concept hailing from Toronto has opened its first BC location right here in Metro Vancouver, and we’re pho real excited about it (see what we did there).
Pho Anh Vu opened its doors on Feb. 9 at 4751 Garden City Rd., Richmond.
The restaurant refers to itself as “Toronto’s favourite authentic Vietnamese restaurant” and serves a variety of Vietnamese classics like pho, grilled meats with rice and vermicelli, and more.

“Join us for a bowl of hot pho, perfect for the chilly weather, deliciously grilled meats and authentic fried appetizers like spring rolls and fish sauce chicken wings!” said the restaurant.

Pho Anh Vu is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
