Western Canada's largest pet show returns to the Fraser Valley this February

It’s a great time to be a pet lover.
Western Canada’s largest pet show, The Pet Lover Show, is making its annual return to the Fraser Valley this February.
The two-day event, entering its seventh annual year, will be setting up at Tradex in Abbotsford on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday, February 24.

Visitors can expect animal-related seminars and speakers, who will be sharing their knowledge across multiple stages, giving owners a great chance to learn about pet health and behaviour. There will also be a wide variety of interactive activities, like a Giggle Booth, and their famous Lure Course.

Also returning will be the President’s Choice SuperDog Star Search. The SuperDogs will be auditioning local finalists for the chance to perform at this summer’s Fair at the PNE.
Any four-legged friends who excel in agility, obedience, and tricks, are invited to submit an audition video.

New to the show this year will be veteran dog handler and Integrated Police Dog Service Team member Constable Scott MacLeod. MacLeod and his sidekick Argo will be demonstrating some of the tests police dogs go through in order to work on the Lower Mainland.
And not to worry, there are plenty of activities and seminars for animals other than canines as well!

Admission to the show will cost $14 for adults and $10 for seniors and youth; children under the age of five can enter for free. Tickets can be purchased online.
