Known for using green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto in all its signature treats, the new Richmond spot offerings a menu packed of food and drink made with the green stuff. The sleek space combines the tradition of the old with the style of a modern new cafe, and pair that with Tsujiri’s signature drinks and treats like the Matcha Souffle Pancakes, and it’s not hard to see why folks are lining up to get a taste.
