3 new brunches to try in and around Vancouver this weekend

Let’s forget about our troubles for a little while and hit up one of the new brunches being offered in and around Vancouver.

Notch8’s new weekend brunch service kicked off on October 31, and it has a lot to offer diners. Folks that head into the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm can enjoy dishes such as Dungeness Crab Louie Salad, Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast, and the show-stopping Banana Bread French Toast complete with a generous serving of syrup.

The North Vancouver location of this much-loved Napolitana style pizza joint launched its weekend brunch service on November 7. Available from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and holiday Fridays and Mondays, the brunch menu here offers everything from pancakes to spaghetti carbonara with a poached farm egg, to polenta & sausage with pesto and wild mushrooms. From noon onward patrons can order pizzas as well.
