Someone in Metro Vancouver won the $24 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot

Someone in Metro Vancouver is $24 million richer after purchasing a winning Lotto 6/49 ticket.

According to the BCLC, the lucky ticket was purchased in Aldergrove and matched all six numbers to win Wednesday’s jackpot.

The single ticket was the only winner from across Canada to cash in on the May 27, 2020, jackpot of exactly $24,369,458.

Players can check their tickets online or on the BCLC Lotto! app. BCLC will announce the specific Aldergrove retail location that sold the ticket once the winner comes forward.
