1033 W Pender Street: Harvest Turducken Sandwich made with brown butter yam puree, stuffing crumble, Turducken gravy, and a Brussels sprout slaw.
370 Cambie Street: Turducken Po Boy made with cajun brined Turducken galantine, topped with andouille, cornbread duck stuffing, and a holy-trinity coleslaw.
625 Robson Street: Waldorf Turducken Sandwich inspired by the famous Waldorf salad made with apple, fennel, grape, and raisin slaw, Turducken gravy, cranberry sauce, and candied walnuts.
796 West Broadway: Original Turducken Sandwich made with cranberry-apple mostarda, pumpkin seed crumble, turkey gravy, and radicchio red cabbage slaw.
These sandwiches will be available four days only – December 18 to 21 – and will be sold starting at the beginning of the day while supplies last.
