It’s the day foodies wait for all year long – the return of the incredible, delicious Turducken sandwich from local purveyor Meat & Bread.

The coveted sandwich is made from roast turkey, duck, chicken, and stuffing mixed with gravy on a freshly-baked ciabatta bun with a cranberry apple mostarda, pumpkin seed crumble, and radicchio red cabbage slaw – a combo that draws huge lines during its limited run every year.

This festive creation returned on December 20 for a limited time, and it’s only available at the beginning of the day until supplies run out.
Today is the first day Vancouverites can grab this offering, and not surprisingly, the lines are wildly long and wrapped around the corner of the Cambie Street and Pender Street locations.
