The Steak & Eggs features medallions of prime beef tenderloin, free-range eggs, roasted nugget potatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
If it’s just steak you’re after, we’d say go for the classic New York Steak Sandwich, which arrives with a generous helping of fries.
For those aiming to order something a little less beefy, there’s a Hy’s Hash made with chorizo sausage, cheddar, fried potatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and a poached free-range egg, along with a Florentine Omelette, and a Classic Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict up for order as well.
