Hy's Steakhouse launches first-ever brunch service in Whistler
Calling all steak lovers and French toast connoisseurs, Hy’s Steakhouse in Whistler has officially launched its first-ever brunch service.
Not just a first for the resort location of the iconic steakhouse, but the Hy’s brand in general, brunch is now being served at the 4308 Main Street Whistler outpost every weekend.
The swanky culinary institution has a menu of mid-morning eats that offers something for everyone.

There are a couple of options for those looking to enjoy Hy’s signature steak during this service.
The Steak & Eggs features medallions of prime beef tenderloin, free-range eggs, roasted nugget potatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
If it’s just steak you’re after, we’d say go for the classic New York Steak Sandwich, which arrives with a generous helping of fries.

For those aiming to order something a little less beefy, there’s a Hy’s Hash made with chorizo sausage, cheddar, fried potatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and a poached free-range egg, along with a Florentine Omelette, and a Classic Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict up for order as well.
