Bells & Whistles is opening a second Vancouver location

Jul 15 2020, 10:19 pm

Good news for those living in or around Vancouver’s west side: Bells & Whistles is officially opening a second location in the area.

The popular Fraser Street spot first opened in October 2017Ā and locals have been loving its award-winning draft lineup and casual grub ever since.

So, it makes perfect sense that this concept would be opening another location across the city, in a neighbourhood that’s surely thirsty for something fresh and exciting.

Bells & Whistles’ second outpost will be opening atĀ 4497 Dunbar Street, the former location ofĀ The Dunbar Public House.

This is the latest project from the team behind Gooseneck Hospitality (Wildebeest, Bufala, Lucky Taco), who told Daily Hive they look forward to breathing “some optimism into the industry” as well as employing some more people with this opening.

The Dunbar location is just over 1,200-sq ft inside and also boasts a 500-600-sq ft patio.

Folks can look forward to enjoying much of the same grub and beverages they know and love from the OG Bells & Whistles, including wine, cocktails, slushies, burgers, soft serve ice cream, and a dozenĀ beer lines too.

Gooseneck Hospitality told Daily Hive they are looking at a mid-August opening for this spot, so we’ll keep you posted on an exact opening date.
