One of Canada’s largest sneaker and streetwear conventions, HypeCity, wrapped up on the weekend in Vancouver and needless to say, there was a ton of “heat.”

Hosted at the Vancouver Convention Centre, this year was definitely bigger and better than the last with music, giveaways and a ton of vendors selling the rarest and most coveted sneakers in the market.

It also gave a chance for the city’s large and growing sneakerhead community to meet like-minded people and be immersed in the lively atmosphere.

In the midst of excitement, brewing FOMO and commotion, we scoped out the event to check out what people were wearing and saw crowds of both buyers, sellers and casual attendees showcase their finest sneakers.
