New 8,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean restaurant with large patio to open in Vancouver
Glowbal Restaurant Group, the team behind much-loved Vancouver restaurants like Black + Blue, Five Sails, Coast, and many more, has just revealed that it’ll be opening a new restaurant concept in the heart of Vancouver’s financial district.
Called Gigi’s, the new restaurant will be serving up bold Mediterranean flavours alongside a sophisticated energy.
Not many details for the new restaurant have been revealed yet, but Glowbal did share that it will be an 8,000 sq. ft. restaurant that will seat 220 guests and offer a large patio.

The restaurant is named after the youngest daughter of Glowbal Restaurant Groupās president and CEO, Emad Yacoub. In a press release, Glowbal stated that Gigiās is a personal project that blends family inspiration with the group’s signature flair for hospitality and design.
āGigiās is a love letter to the Mediterranean,ā said Emad Yacoub. āWeāre creating a space that feels vibrant, stylish, and full of life. This is a concept Iāve been developing and perfecting for the last 4 years, and I canāt wait to share it with Vancouver.ā

An exact address and opening date for the new concept have yet to be announced, but more details will be shared closer to its opening, so stay tuned.
