Ganh Vietnamese: Authentic Vietnamese restaurant opens in Vancouver
Vancouver recently got a new spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and it’s already looking like an absolute must-try.
Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen softly opened at 2568 Kingsway – the former address of Andamiro Korean Bistro – in late May.
With interiors inspired by Vietnam featuring woven hanging lamps, cane-back bistro chairs, and punches of colour, the space here has been completely transformed for the new concept.

Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen’s menu includes fresh options like BĂşn Chả HĂ Ná»™i, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Ca, Bun Rieu Cua, Com Tam, pho, and more. Expect refreshing drinks like Vietnamese coffee, too.
According to Ganh’s website, the restaurant’s “delicacies are prepared by the hands of Vietnamese descendants with a love for culinary and attention to detail while choosing nourishing ingredients for the customers.”

You’ll find Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen open daily from 11 am to 10 pm and until 10:30 pm on weekends.
