Afuri Ramen and Dumpling has revealed its first Canadian location will be opening in Richmond in the former location of Dazzling Cafe at 140 ā 7971 Alderbridge Way. The acclaimed and popular restaurant hails from Japan, and it now operates a few eateries outside of the country in Portland, Oregon, and Lisbon, Portugal.

The restaurant has found a new home in North Vancouverās quickly-growing Lower Lonsdale area and will be taking over the location of the former Il Castello Pizzeria, which quietly closed down several months ago.

The popular milky, creamy refreshments from this brand will be coming to Vancouver soon, but the exact location and official opening date have yet to be revealed. Tiger Sugar operates outposts all over Asia, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines.

The popular brand will be expanding to the beachy-and-dreamy āhood atĀ 1909 West 4th Avenue. The newest counter-service outpost will be tucked in on bustling West 4th Avenue underneath the TD Canada Trust bank where the now-shuttered Szechuan Restaurant previously operated.
